Overview

Ideal Traffic School has a very secure system that respects the right to privacy of its students. We will collect only relevant information and use it in a confidential manner. Additionally, we provide procedures to minimize any intrusion into your personal life.

Personal Information.

We will collect and store personal information to maintain evidence of attendance and completion for courts and agencies representing the courts. We will not provide your information to third parties other than the courts and those associated with them. Also, only that information absolute necessary to serve you better will be required if there is some reason to contact you regarding the course.

Family

We will not request information regarding family members or other people. Our sole purpose is to allow the court to identify you so you receive proper credit for the court case and to see that it is applied to the correct traffic violation.

Operating information from your computer

There is limited information collected from the computer you are using, but it is not personal information; it is only related to the computer. For example environmental variables such as the type of browser you are using and the operating system on the computer might be necessary to provide functionality to the web pages you view.

Files in your computer's memory.

We might use "cookies" in a limited form for the purpose of executing the course program. They allow us to calculate the time elapsed for a specific page, if required by the court, and to let you move from page to page without having to log in each time you move to a new page or a new chapter. This file may be removed after your session is complete.
